美军南海秀肌肉，却闹了个大乌龙......
2月24日，搭载美媒记者的美国间谍飞机驶入中国南海上空，遭到中国人民解放军空军的驱离警告。事后，多家美国媒体大肆炒作，将其经历描写为“危险接近”。事情的真相是这样吗？
本期视频，中国日报起底工作室将从美媒漏洞百出的报道出发，还原事件的前因后果，探寻美国军方的真实目的，揭秘其背后多方勾结的庞大机制。
“美国飞机，这里是中国人民解放军空军，你正在逼近中国领空。请保持安全距离，否则将遭到拦截。” "American aircraft. This is the PLA air force. You are approaching Chinese airspace. Keep a safe distance or you will be intercepted."
NBC and CNN described their recent encounter between a US spy plane and a Chinese fighter jet over the South China Sea as "dangerously close".
然而仔细看，这报道中似乎有些不对劲的地方。
美国军方告诉媒体：这架飞机是解放军的J-11。而这些拥有丰富军事报道经验的专业国际记者，甚至没有想到去核实这一信息。
The US military told the media the jet was a PLA J-11. And these professional military journalists did not even think to verify it.
“这架中国飞机的型号其实是苏27-UBK。它是著名的苏27侧卫战斗机的战斗教练机版本。最初在1990年代，从俄罗斯进口到中国。国内生产的侧卫战斗机有几个变种，其中有J-11，还有其他版本。”
"It's not difficult to tell that the actual type of this Chinese aircraft was a Su-27UBK type, which is a combat trainer version of the very famous Soviet Su 27 flanker. It was originally imported to China in the 90s, from the Russia Federation. There are several variants of domestically produced flankers which is called J-11 and there are further versions."
这并不是美国军方第一次犯这样的错误了。
“美国空军人员并不善于识别其友军或敌军的型号，尤其是飞机型号。在历史上，他们曾经多次发生了识别型号错误，导致在空中或地面上对友军开火。” "The US military air crews aren't very good at identifying either their friendly or their opponent types, especially aircraft types. There have been quite a few times in the history that they misidentified aircraft type and end up shooting their own guys, either in the air or on the ground."
“他们不仅仅在识别飞机型号上多次发生错误，他们也曾多次在识别地面单位时发生错误，例如，最著名的美国对地攻击机A-10曾经对地面友军及友军车辆开火，造成多人死亡，这一事件非常严重。”
"And not only they couldn't very specifically identify aircraft types. They have a record of misidentifying ground units as well. For example, the most famous US ground attack aircraft A-10, they have a very, very bad history of killing lots of friendly troops and friendly vehicles on the ground."
美媒掺和
由于美国在中国南海和台湾海峡问题上不断挑衅中国，造成了史无前例的紧张局势。该地区的空中拦截事件并不罕见，几乎天天发生。但这次事件却有一点不同。
A group of journalists are invited on board to witness how the US provoked China.
· 报道中总会提到中国在该地区岛屿上的建筑，或与其它国家的争执，并以此作为中国侵略的证据。
They always feature a nervous encounter with the Chinese military, creating tension. They always mention Chinese buildings on islands in the region or disputes with other countries as evidence of China's aggression.
看来，美国媒体的这些报道，已是司空见惯的套路了。
美国记者登上美军间谍飞机去侦察中国的情况，然后说“中国的政策是咄咄逼人的”。但实际的情况，却恰恰相反。
In January alone, the US military spy planes flew at least 64 sorties through the South China Sea for spying. In December 2022, a US spy plane veered suddenly and flew to within just 6 meters of a Chinese fighter jet over the South China Sea. In November, a US guided-missile cruiser sailed near the Xisha Islands, with China's foreign ministry saying the move "seriously infringes on China's sovereignty and security".
Each time, the US argues its actions fall under freedom of navigation, a convention that the US has not even signed up to.
“美国一直把南海军事化，尤其是我们岛礁建设以来，把南海军事化的帽子戴在中国头上。其实，真正在南海搞军事化的是美国。”
"The US has been militarizing the South China Sea especially since the construction of our islands and reefs, accusing China of militarization on the South China Sea. But the one exercising militarization in the South China Sea is actually the US."

“我们可以看看美国在南海的军事活动。美国在南海利用它的盟友体系，构建多边机制。比如说四国机制、奥克斯机制（AUKUS，美英澳三边安全伙伴关系）等等。”
"We can see the US military activities in the South China Sea. The US uses its allies system to build multilateral mechanisms on the South China Sea such as the Quad, the AUKUS mechanism and so on."
事实上，由军方赞助的媒体报道的作用远不止于此，它也为战争贩子提供了更多的机会，来呼吁对中国发动战争。
“他们宣称自己有媒体自由，或者是可以报道任何他们想要报道的内容。但实际上，他们一般不会报道不好的事情或美国军队的黑幕。谁这样做就会被噤声。”
"They claim that they have a free media or they can report whatever they want. The fact is they don't usually report the bad things or the darker side of the US military, and whoever does that will be silenced."
The money is not just spent on weapons, tanks, ships and fighter jets, but also on influence and disinformation operations in order to drum up support for war.
美国每年的平均军事预算占全世界的40%
The not-at-all independent think tank ASPI, funded by the US and weapons manufacturers, is an avid supporter of US provocation in the South China Sea. If you follow the money, you will discover the US government and weapons manufacturers pump millions in funds into organizations like ASPI and many more each year.
The US military provides some unnamed tip-offs to journalists, journalists write their war stories, congress increases military expenditure stuffing pockets of the military industrial complex.
这个饥肠辘辘的怪物永远都不会停下，直到把一切都吞噬殆尽。
