Must graduate between August 2023 and June 2024Pursuit of a Bachelor's (3rd and 4th year students) degree in one of the following areas: Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences

Enrolled in a qualifying Ontario co‑operative education, or internship program

Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week in Canada, and 8-month term (2 consecutive semesters) starting January 2024

Willing to work in a plant environment

Have a valid Full Class G Ontario Driver’s Licence, or equivalent Canadian out-of-province licence

Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience

High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed

Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Past experience in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment

Knowledge and understanding of ISO 14001 standard and environmental legislation
