美专家：我敢打赌，“北溪”就是美国破坏的！

近日，针对“北溪”天然气管道泄露事件，美国著名经济学家认为，他敢打赌，搞破坏的是美国。

3日，在接受彭博新闻社采访时，联合国秘书长前特别顾问、美国哥伦比亚大学经济学教授杰弗里·萨克斯（Jeffrey Sachs）表示，种种迹象表明，“北溪”天然气管道泄漏最有可能的肇事者是美国。

萨克斯认为，“北溪”管道泄漏在很多层面上对欧洲造成“严重打击”，暂时甚至可能永久地摧毁了欧洲一个重大基础设施，让欧洲更容易受到能源危机引发经济严重衰退的影响，不得不更加依赖美国。俄罗斯也失去了一个谈判筹码。美国指责俄罗斯是非常没有说服力的。

We also had a remarkable statement from Sec. Blinken last Friday in a press conference where he said "this is also a tremendous opportunity." That's a strange way to talk if you're worried about piracy on international infrastructure of vital significance.

萨克斯还表示，“事实上，我和世界各地的人们谈论时，他们都认为就是美国干的。甚至我们报社的记者也告诉我，‘当然’（是美国做的），但这些话不会出现在我们的媒体报道上。”

…the fact of the matter is all over the world when I talk to people, they think the US did it. Even reporters on our papers that are involved tell me "of course" [the US did it], but it doesn't show up in our media.

他说，“北溪”管道设计非常坚固，世界上没有多少国家有能力炸毁管道。“北溪”是俄罗斯巨大的经济来源，“不可能是俄罗斯”，“也不可能是德国”。剩下的选项不多，而美国海军和英国皇家海军具备这个能力。

“俄罗斯人不会这样做，德国人也极不可能参与。”

"The Russians did not do this," he said, adding that Germany's involvement in the incident was "extremely unlikely" either.
