第三金！00后单手插兜拿下！

当地时间7月28日，奥运会射击男子10米气手枪决赛结束争夺，谢瑜以240.9环的成绩获得金牌。这是北京奥运会之后，中国队再次在该项目上夺冠。

Chinese sharpshooter Xie Yu clinched gold at men's 10m air pistol event at the Paris Olympics on Sunday.

第一次看见枪就有兴奋感

据贵州日报报道，上小学时，谢瑜便对各项运动表现出了浓厚的兴趣。谢瑜喜欢参加篮球、羽毛球等比赛，每次学校举办运动会他都会报名参加，且多次获得奖项。谢瑜的叔叔见此便打算让他尽可能发挥体育天赋，并在2015年5月将谢瑜送往毕节市体育运动学校接受训练和学习。

In elementary school, Xie Yu showed a strong interest in various sports. He enjoyed participating in basketball and badminton competitions and would sign up for every school sports event, often winning awards. Noticing his talent, Xie Yu's uncle decided to help him develop his athletic skills further and sent him to Bijie Sports School for training and education in May 2015.

第一次到体校，谢瑜见到了各类运动项目，但唯独射击引起了他的兴趣。“可能是因为比较新鲜，第一次看到枪的时候就有一种兴奋感。”谢瑜说在体校看到射击枪时，决定了要参加射击运动的训练，从2015年开启了自己的射击运动生涯。

经过一段时间的专业学习和训练，谢瑜在2016年的贵州省射击比赛上取得了较好的成绩，于2017年到省队参加训练，2019年谢瑜正式进入贵州省专业队进行射击训练。此后，在不断地练习下，谢瑜的射击成绩逐渐进步，在2021年全国冠军赛中获得男子10米气手枪银牌，2022年第十四届全运会中获得10米气手枪混团铜牌。

After professional training, Xie Yu excelled in the 2016 Guizhou Provincial Shooting Competition. He joined the provincial team in 2017 and the Guizhou professional shooting team in 2019. His skills improved, earning him a silver medal in the men's 10m air pistol at the 2021 National Championships and a bronze in the mixed team 10m air pistol at the 2022 National Games.

两次印象深刻的比赛

2015年接触射击至今9年的时间，谢瑜从一个懵懂的小孩逐渐成长为一名目标清晰的专业运动员。他在接受采访时提到了两场印象深刻的比赛，其中一场是2021年全运会混团，资格赛中谢瑜发挥并不是太好，于是在铜牌角逐赛中略显紧张，导致射击成绩一直不理想。张海教练紧急叫停，及时提醒谢瑜忘掉之前的成绩，专注当下的比赛。搭档钱微师姐也鼓励谢瑜放轻松，迅速调整状态后，谢瑜和钱微齐心协力，经历了从落后、扳平到反超，最终获得了铜牌。

“那次比赛结束后，我在休息室里几乎哭了出来。但通过那次比赛也让我明白了射击这项运动不是一个人的战斗。在身后还有队友、教练，他们都在背后支持着我，可以给我提供帮助。”这场比赛后，谢瑜不仅感受到了同伴和教练对自己的暖心关怀，更进一步加深了对射击运动的思考，更清晰地明确了自己的目标。

"After that competition, I almost cried in the locker room. But it made me realize that shooting is not a solo battle. I have teammates and coaches supporting me, ready to help," Xie Yu said. Following this event, he felt the warmth and care of his companions and coaches, deepening his understanding of the sport and clarifying his goals.

另一场比赛是2023年世界锦标赛，谢瑜分别获得男子50米手枪慢射个人冠军和团体冠军，实现了历史性的突破，这是谢瑜第一次站上世界冠军的领奖台。“感觉领奖的时候比打比赛还紧张。”这次比赛，谢瑜不仅突破了自己以往的成绩，还完成了教练的一个小心愿——在赛场上让国旗升起来。

At the 2023 World Championships, Xie Yu won the individual and team titles in the men's 50m pistol slow fire, achieving a historic breakthrough. It was his first time as a world champion. "Receiving the award was more nerve-wracking than competing," he said. This victory surpassed his past achievements and fulfilled his coach's wish to see the national flag raised.

而在杭州亚运会10米气手枪团体项目中，谢瑜和张博文、刘锦尧以1733环的成绩获得了银牌，赛后他有些遗憾说，“单从获奖来说，其实还是高兴的，但同时有点遗憾，没有发挥自己最好的水平。” 

射击路上还在不停探索

在中国射击队步枪和手枪项目的14名选手中，“00后”选手共有10名，这符合近年来中国射击年轻选手上升势头迅猛的大趋势。出生于2000年6月12日的谢瑜勉强挤进“00后”行列，谈及自己职业生涯，谢瑜给出的回答很有哲理，“截止到目前，我觉得自己对射击这项运动的理解还是不够，只能属于是迈了一只脚，伸了个头进去，还在不停探索的状态。”

日复一日的刻苦训练则是必不可少的，谢瑜认为，“做任何事情都是辛苦的，但当你全身心投入进去的时候，会发现时间过得很快，并且在训练过程中你感觉是快乐的，但如果投入不进去，可能就会觉得很漫长，很枯燥。”

Daily hard training is essential. Xie Yu believes, "Anything you do is challenging, but when you fully immerse yourself in it, time flies, and you feel happy during training. If you can't fully commit, it can feel long and tedious."
