民主与共和：理想与现实的距离—O8 Care 的困境

民主党的很多理念都是很正确的，比如福利，比如医保。问题在于过于激进而失去了可行性，甚至产生相反的后果。这是我更倾向于让共和党执政的原因。

民主党在福利问题上的极端立场哪怕对非裔墨裔实际上都是伤害大于帮助。我在“我们所需的和民主党能给的”一贴中实际上主要说的就是这一点。

另一个最新的实例是医保。人人医保的理想是很崇高的，没人可以否认。但极端的理想必须建立在一个极端的体系之上才可以被支撑住。像这样的社会主义风格的理念与市场经济的体系南辕北辙。我们必须明确地选一边。

在一个市场经济的操作系统下运行极端的社会主义应用软件必然导致这样的崩溃。

民主党的想法并不都是错的，但现在的民主党想运行的软件大都不适合市场经济这个操作系统，所以还是建议试试共和党的软件。
