              【Seven Jasmine Blossoms】

       A fresh fragrance leads me to the patio,

       Ten white jasmine flower buds bloom

       After last night’s summer drizzle.

       I pick three blossoms and put them in my tea,

       The right amount of sweetness it needs.

       The other seven I have to let go,

       They will wither and fall into the dirt below, 

       Their existence, no one else on earth except me know.

       I write down these words with deep gratitude, to carry 

       Their beauty and innocence in my heart ——

       May their scent linger forever with me
