You can’t keep blaming others for your inadequacies, failures and BAD DECISIONS. Or drug and alcohol abuse. If somebody is dragging you down LEAVE !! I learned early in life that nobody can make you feel bad about yourself UNLESS YOU LET THEM !!!!!!!!!!! Take control of your life !!! And stop with the bad boys. I mean, how could a relationship that began like that ever become violent??? ;-) Moreover, Bob Mitchum was not only a smart guy to exit dating her once he found out Frank was involved... he was a very, very cool guy.

He lived in the same community and I would see him from time to time. A number of other actors have the reputation of being a smooth, cool guy.... but for me it was Mitchum 100%. At a dinner with my father years ago, his response to a question was ; "Doc, I've done it all.", and I'm sure that was a every accurate statement!
