歌星任贤齐刚出道时,一直没能红起来,后来到大陆发展,以一首《心太软》红遍大江南北,其词“你总是心太软,心太软,把所有问题都自己扛”更是脍炙人口。也因为这首歌,江南菜馆也衍生出了一道名为“心太软”的甜品。

据说这是一家叫“红菜苔酒家”出品的适口小菜:以油光色红、肉厚核小的产自北方的大红枣为选料,将其去核并置入不粘口弹牙的酥香糯米,再加辅以调料配制而成。酒家将其命名为心太软”,大概意指位于枣核处的糯米质软可口。

到江浙一带吃饭,饭后的甜品总少不了这道“心太软”。红枣香脆,糯米香绵,色彩鲜艳,很适合像婚宴这样的盛宴。枣富含维生素C,十分有益于人体健康,在民间被称为“维生素C丸”;再配以糯米的滋补,这对于想饱口舌之欲又想兼顾美容的女人来说,可实在太完美了。

    "; mso-hansi-font-family: ""; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">这道甜品的做法有很多个版本。用去核红枣,剪开,中间塞上糯米粉搓成的条、放入水中,加冰糖,大火烧沸后转小火熬二十分钟就好了。也有上面浇蜂蜜糖水,放进冰箱冰了以后,糖水结晶,外脆里嫩,口感更佳。我做的是简易版:到商店买无核红枣,中间剪开后,塞上用水和糯米粉、糖拌好的芯子,放在碗中,加些糖水,上锅一蒸就好了。
