请教谈讨:为什么中国, 英国的南方均比北方富裕?

Geography is not everything… Nevertheless, development surely seemed to be favoured among the temperate-zone economics, especially the subset that (1) is in the Northern hemisphere; (2) has avoided socialism; and (3) has avoided being ravaged by war.
