铁人三项正式禁止厚底神鞋参赛

去年 12 月，世界铁人三项协会 正式禁止超级跑鞋。

现在ironman将跟随这个规定。新规则规定：

• The sole must be no thicker than 40mm.
• The shoe must not contain more than one rigid embedded plate or blade (of any material) that runs either the full length or only part of the length of the shoe.
• The plate may be in more than one part but those parts must be located sequentially in one plane (not stacked or in parallel) and must not overlap

这是在去年 10 月的铁人三项世界锦标赛中赢得冠军的 Gustav Iden穿的跑鞋。

Iden 在 Kona 穿的 On Cloudboom Echo 3 鞋底厚度超过 40 毫米，但是对公众卖的鞋底是35毫米，也就是说他的夺冠鞋子是特别改良过的。

Chelsea Sodaro在Kona获胜时穿的 Asics Metaspeed Sky+， Kristian Blummenfelt也穿这个牌子，有 39 毫米的rear stack height.

另外，世界三项比赛的规则遵循 World Athletics 的规则，要求任何参赛鞋必须“在公开零售市场（在线或商店）上可供任何运动员购买四个月，然后才能用于比赛 ”。更新后的政策可以在 Ironman 比赛规则的第 6.02 节中找到。

这个是为了给所有参赛的运动员一个公平竞争的机会，很多运动员不能负担昂贵的神鞋，更不要说专门为他们定制的跑鞋。但是，道高一尺，魔高一丈，以后就会有很多39.5mm的鞋底厚度参赛，lol
