第七星期,我用公司女孩的RECIPE做BROWNIE,以前吃过她做的BROWNIES,很好吃。
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate (Baker's)
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. chopped peacans
Melt butter and chocolate together and remove from heat and let cool. Beat eggs and add sugar and flour. Next add chocolate mixture and vanilla. Stop beating and add nuts. Pour in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

注:我用了大于9 x 13 inch 的PAN,所以Brownies很薄。而且,烤的时间梢长了些。心得体会是,烤的时间不能TRUST RECIPE上说的,快好的时候要勤检查。
第八星期,我准备按该RECIPE再做一次。这次,用正确尺寸的PAN,烤到30分钟时,勤检查,注意不要烤过头。另外,烤好后,sprinkle with powered sugar, 再切块,看上去好看。
注:这次做得非常成功,我很满意。大家都告诉我很好吃。
