想考CPA来着，看了一下申请要求和电话查询之后还是有疑问。本人在美国拿的master
学位，国内本科毕业，按照New Jersey的申请规定，是不是只要提供美国master的成绩
单即可？电话问了New Jersey CPA的人，有的说还要ECE出国内学位的证明，有的说不
要。恳请各位有经验的考友们提供意见，谢谢！！

If you want to take the CPA exam in NJ,
1) New Jersey Candidates with foreign credentials must have credentials
evaluated only by ECE (Course by course evaluation)
2) Mail the ECE evaluation paper + transcript in US university + CPA
examination application to NASBA to have your credentials evaluated.
You will get the Notice from NASBA if you're qualified to meet NJ's
requirement to sit for the exam.

Thanks for reply. One more question, for ECE evaluation, I just read NJ
initial application, it is saying the report requested should be Subject
Analysis Evaluation?

Sorry, I just found out your question.
Yes, you might be right. Better to do Subject Analysis Evaluation if they
request. I did course by course as per NASBA's instruction when I called and
talked with them. However, I am not sure if they accepted it. I haven't got
NASBA's response after I sent outhe ECE's report.

I called them and got different answers every time. I may give up and try
other state since subject analysis is so complicated.Good luck.

NJ is tough to apply the CPA license...they require accounting credits in
some specified courses...

I know. I read their requirements carefully. I fit all the credits. the only
problem is subject analysis needs upper middle diploma and college course
syllabus. I don't think it is easy to get all of them. Thanks anyway.
