开设一个批发为主的食品公司，除了公司执照，税号，银行账号，还要什么其它的执照
吗？朋友说还要卫生执照，食品检验，食品执照，那些都是必要的吗？请专业人士指点

if you are importing them from China or oversea,
as long as you can go through custom, you can distribute it freely in US. I
would think your product may need to go through FDA approval though, but
custom can probably give you information on those.
If you buy it from a wholesaler, and distribute it to other people, you are
probably ok as long as it is packaged.
卫生执照, i think, you are refering to Health Licese? In our city, only
restaurant needs health license cause they are handling food. If it
