诚恳求助。
本人2009年为resident alien(在美3超过五年)， 用OPT工作。 仔细读过 US-China
tax treaty 20 和本版精华区后， 本人确信可以享受$5000 tax exempt.但是， 在读
instructions for form 8833 时发现如下statement:
"An alien individual is a dual-resident taxpayer if
that individual is considered to be a resident of both the United States and
another country under each country’s tax laws. If the income tax treaty
between the United States and the other country contains a provision for
resolution of conflicting claims of residence by the United States

Undergrad: Marketing, China
Master: MSA, USA (a so-so GPA )
I wanna know except for Becker set for all four courses, should I need extra
materials to prepare for the exams? Except for Becker Review for four
courses, should I need Becker final review? or Wiley, cd?

2009年为resident alien(在美超过五年), but status changed from cpt -> opt ->
H1B in 2009, can I use the treaty? Thanks in advance. Sorry no chinese input
