现在很多日本年轻人都远离了恋爱这种情感，这一现象也引发了全日本社会关注。而近日有媒体对于单身的200名男性(20~30多岁)进行了调查，从中得到了一些有趣的结果。
在受访者当中，有51.5%的人认为“我没办法找女朋友，基本上已经放弃了”。那么他们到底因为什么样的原因而放弃恋爱了呢?
首先，很多受访者将答案归结于了金钱问题。
“主要还是金钱方面的问题呢。先不说约会的费用，如果能够将用于勾搭妹子而打扮的费用给砍掉，那么生活还是会很从容的哦。”(Zirconia)

确实，如果说自己没有足够的钱，那么很多人自然会放弃找女朋友吧。此外，也有一些人觉得对于自己的地位(包括工作)没有自信。
“我对于自己的地位没有自信，所以很犹豫找女朋友这件事情”(MotoPGR)
另一方面，也有很多人将不能恋爱结婚的原因归咎于女性。
“现在她们发明出一些‘草食系’‘肉食系’的名词，将男人女性化了，而女性却越来越汉子了。可能这种逆转产生了无法找对象的原因吧……”(onmlkjihgfedcba)
“女性对于男性的理想太高了，就算想要找对象也找不到!!现在的女性只看男人的外貌跟财产啊!(中略)……以后放弃找女朋友的男人会越来越多吧!”(HCBbusabusabusa)
不过呢，在采访当中也得到了这样的意见：
“我只对于可爱的女孩子才心动，可是可爱的女孩子又不会跟我交往，因此放弃了。”(foxfaxfix)
虽说有些人认为女性对于男性的要求过高，然而实际上男女双方或许也都对于异性有着很高的标准呢。而最后，让我们看看这样一种意见吧：
“最大的原因可能是‘我从一开始就没找对象的打算’吧。(中略)……如果将动力视为引擎的话，那么我可能就是一种没有燃料的状态。而没有燃料的我却总是被人要求‘快，快点行动’。那么，如果你问燃料到底是什么?这个因人而异吧，救我而言应该是没有这方面经验的关系。也就是‘妹子很棒隘的经验。我可没有和妹子在一起很开心的回忆哦。”(aho0xff)

EPS will be dilutive is when company holds
1) Options, warrants. We will using treasury stock method to calculate the
diluted EPS.
2) Convertible bonds, preferred stock. Using if converted method.
In this question, we will using if converted method to determine whether
each choice will dilute the EPS or not.
3) Choice A, since it is merely preferred stock, it is not going to dilute
the EPS in any way. Then A is out.
4) Choice B,
Ten percent convertible bonds, issued at par, with each $1,000 bond
