One of my friend accessed some confidential research reports (but never
disclosure to the third parties) and was laid off by the large company, my
friend signed the confidential agreement with the company when started the
job.Should my friend file a lawsuit against this large company? Any good
lawyers?

半夜三点半在office等simulation的结果,没事做88身边两只狮子.
很意外的 ,男朋友跟老板都是狮子座.觉得他们的共同特点, 缺点直率,毫无顾忌,孩子
气,没有心机,脾气暴躁,自以为是,控制欲强. 优点却各不相同,呵呵. 大致是热于助人,
看起来很阳光不颓废,上进心强, 责任感强等等
先说我老板
老板其实很热心, 现在工作不好找,他会想办法帮我.虽然事情因为种种原因黄了, 但还
是很感激他做出的努力. 其他...想不出什么优点.-_-
老板是个控制欲很强, 说话很不给面子的人(mean). 我每个礼拜在干什么活都要求我
写下来,写个weekly report,不仅仅强调进展,还要有怎么做的细节...(虽然我觉得每次
给他,他都不怎么看,但是一直强调我要写) 还有每周开会后的report. 确保我都听懂了
-_-. 我想做的东西,都要经过他同意,有些细节我自己拿主意了,他如果发现了,有时候
会说这个不好那个不好. 即使我跟他argue了半天, 他也强调自己是对的. 说我只不过
是菜鸟一只. 看来是我太弱了.
老板还很喜欢凡事放到最后一分钟,然后压力很大的时候乱发脾气. 还没

转专业申请会计
申请的学校要求3门先修课我肯定有1门没上过中级会计 2门数学没问题
暑假可以上但是要2000刀
想问问前辈先修课对申请重要么？有没有谁没有完成学校先修课要求也被录取了的
这门课没法转入研究生program的学分所以我小农了不想花这钱
有没有谁在MSU 读会计硕士的想打听点情况

一般的域名注册和hosting需要分开用不同的公司。这样如果你不满意服务商的话，可
以很容易的单独换服务。
如果你hosting是单独的公司提供的，不满意了，cancel就是了。
但如果domain和hosting都在一家公司的话，往往当初上plan的时候，因为domain和
hosting在一起，是有优惠的package。但要是你不满意hosting服务了，你还需要将
package降下来，这样优惠就没了，而且搞不好反倒比单独提供hosting的贵.
总之最好不要让服务商捆绑销售给你所有的服务。一来上述原因，二来没有哪个服务商
啥都做的好的。比如, 专注domain注册的，hosting就不一定好。
具体哪家好，前人也有经验，可以用这个搜索引擎考古一下:

u can read more about wrongful termination online or consult a lawyer.
but honestly i don't see any clear violations on the employer end, and an
employment is at will anyways.

parties sooner or later.

还是没怎么明白你说的，如果你朋友是被裁员，那原因可以有很多，比如经济不好等等
，有时候整个部门被砍，连头头和好员工也不例外，雇主也不需要解释，为什么你认定
是因为她看了一些机密文件导致的呢？一般只有因过失而被解雇的，雇主为了防止被
人告，通常会解释一下解雇你的原因，因为被fire的人是拿不到补偿金而且对以后找工
作会有负面影响。所以除非你朋友明确是因为这个原因被fire,而公司又确实没有这个
policy, 解雇她还不说明原因的，她才有机会告公司。

Why do you say that? She signed the confidential agreement and should be
able to access confidential materials. I doubt the director has other
reasons to kick her out. These maybe the proof to file a lawsuit?

Confidentiality agreement does not mean she has access to everything. It
means that she could not disclose to an outside party the information she
has access to. In most companies, the amount of information you have access
to is determined by your position and responsibilities. Your friend clearly
breached that code.
I don't really see how she can have a case. Learn from the experience and
move on.
