弱弱问一下: NSF continuing grants 和 standard grants 的区别在哪？为什么有人
的career 是 continuing grant 而有人的是 standard grant. 好像 standard grant
的钱一下子全给了.

Period第二天，中午吃完饭后睡午觉，刚睡30min就腹部疼，现在到晚上了，略有好转
，还是疼，只能窝在被窝里，用了个热水袋，一直不见好转，以前没有过这种经历，现
在想赶紧用painkiller止痛后还可以干点别的事情，求各位好心的姐妹推荐painkiller
.去药店买什么样的比较好。
中午吃了香蕉，据说是寒性食物，和那个有关吗？还吃了芋头，鸡翅，干樱桃。
晚上煮了棵娃娃菜吃，还吃了个苹果，梨，饼干。
昨天吃了两个李子，但是是成熟的。
一个人，病痛很不方便，有没有MM是不吃painkiller 的？我现在真不知道该怎么办。

Emailed and called Employee Fiduiciary and got no reply.
Online reviews of online401K.com, Paychex 401K, and ADP 401K don't recommend
them.
Any other recommendation here?

continuing grants 一般指的是第二年及以后的钱

I heard costco offers some 401k but there is annual fee. if it is one person
company, I guess SEP iRA is better deal .you can choose broker.
