We are in year 2003 level. I am not sure it we are back into bubble, I suspect not. If I want to look for housing bubbles, I will look at China, France, Canada and Australia.
The guy had some good points such as no organic growth, cash buying instead of mortgage, etc. I'm not sure about bubbles though.

忘说了,其实要SEVIS这个步骤是你来做的。 通常是从你的future school拿一张clearence form 或者transfer form 上面有各种日期和签字需要你自己去老师办公室搞定,然后把这张表交到current school的ISSS office 最后是由你现在学校负责管这事儿的老师转你的I-20, Sevis。他的工作只有10分钟, 就可以搞定。但之前需要你去小米,advisor那边跑啊跑得。挺麻烦的
"no organic growth" and "cash buying" only mean there is no housing recovery it, however, does not lead to the conclusion of another housing bubble

I don't think we are at bubble yet. But if the mass media keeps talking about it (they probably will) and the lending standard gets loose, then people who bought in 05-06 and foreclosed since then are very capable of creating another bubble. Lending standard is the key. The qualified borrower pool is diminishing so we had an investor-led recovery so far, but if that fades away. Would FED try to pump more money into the system by lowering the lending standard? What would you do if all the potential borrowers all have foreclosure/ shortsale history? The landlords have been lowering their rental credit standard to adapt to the new reality.
