Due to my parents’ suddenly medical condition, I need to extend their B2
visa immediately. Her visa will expire in two months. I searched INS site
for application procedure but little bit confused. I would like to get
information from people who really did it before.
My question:
1: Normally when to send application? The latest will be 45 or 60 days
before expiry date?
2. The doctor will issue a letter to indicate how serious her condition is
and she is currently enrolled in a two years clinic t
