可以选父母自己。只要他们有足够的存款证明就好了。（据说2个月旅游签证，20万人
民币就行了）
或者选你自己，你可以加一张134表格保证你有足够的钱。

没错,我在美国念完本科没找到工作，同学也很多没找到，刚进ms prog就找到了，刚来

我照网上推荐的方法用温盐水和洗耳球将耳朵洗了一下，又自作主张在淋浴时将一些水
轻微地入耳朵将剩余的盐水洗干净，两面压着吸水纸侧着睡了一会。感觉耳朵听觉好多
了，原来那种有点堵的感觉消失了。

，找了朋友内部推荐，面试跟校园招聘不一样，总共面了四五个人，其中一个par两个
senior manager是关键，其他两个hr只是问基本情况，觉得自己还是挺幸运的，用
Selina她爸的话说就是，感恩：）

他们会问很多technical questions吗，还是多半倾向于behavior question

的很多，pay的也不错，有时间的同学，手里多拿两个offer，来互相抬价，push他们早
点做decision。

如果是entry level的，那还有什么好说的，想尽办法进四大啊，学得多，快，升得也

不是四大。为啥一定要去四大呀，我真的不是特别明白。很多中小型firm环境也很好，
发展也不错呀~

Different people have different perferences.
For young professionals, big 1 is really a good place to start your career.
You can learn a lot very quickly, and get
promoted very quickly. That's why there are so many partners in BIG 4 who
are only in there early 30s. Also, they earn a lot of money too. Secondly,
in big four, you can try different things, you can do tax, if you do not
like it, you can transfer to audit without having to find another job. You
can
do rotations on different clients(banking, insurance, state and local, and
etc) Where else can you get so much experience? Finally, training in big 4
is also good. Big four really try to develop their employees and have
training targeted to specific industries and sectors all the time.
For professionals that want to put more time in their family, definitely big
4 is not a good place. There is a lot of overtime during busy season. After
busy season, you can have normal life back. But still it is kind of
stressful in big 4.
I definitely recommend young graduates try to get a big 4 offer. Focus on
campus recruiting, and for experienced hires, try to ask friends to do an
internal referral.

By the way, there are more openinings this year then the past. More than 90
people were hired this year for tax in NYC office in one of the big four. 15
are Chineses.
