我们家住West，这里的医生x给我们孩子看病，我们认为看得不怎么样。
我们知道East有个医生y是这个方面的专家。联系y, y说愿意给x提供建议，但是在没有
成为y的病人前不会给我们具体建议。很热心地给了联系方式，我们把这些信息都给了x。
x和y肯定联系上了。但是狗屎的东西就出来了，x当面不否定我们怀疑病症的可能性，
但是说y告诉他不是这个病。这个我个人认为非常非常不可能。同时x说自己跟y很熟悉
，以前差点到y那里实习。
而y从一开始非常热情地态度，似乎一下子不太一样了。他通过秘书说他跟x联系了，也
提了建议相信应该会被很好地诊断，同时也说，如果万一不行，y可以看我们小孩。
我们孩子是FAOD, 我们清楚这个病，y是专家。
我们的理解是这样的：y基本确定我们就是这个病了，否则他不会说实在不行到他那里
。而且x自己不否定faod，而是说y认为不时，然后把歪的地方引。
比如病人有很大一套数据，我们宝宝的测试aaa超过最高值100%， x说不算高，得到300
-400%以上才能诊断。而我们另一个测试bbb恰好在正常的最低值，他就说这个太低了，
得查这个病。我就差直接骂这个王八蛋了，问他为什么一会儿200%不算高，而还正常的
就不正常了。他说得根据情况。我说根据情况FAOD一年来什么都解释清楚了，而你指的
方向只能说明一个问题的一种可能性，其他症状根本就不相关呢？。。。
我们担心的是x和y真熟悉关系好，这样我们怕y包庇。同时到y那里看病，太远，孩子太
弱，我们怕孩子出事。可是不确诊，在west这里的医院医生们互相包庇连我们肝硬化
宝宝的正常检查都是问题。比如我们说应该查孩子的B12和脂类的profile, 不同医生都
没有查，说他不是这个病没有必要。
我们肯定是要告医院。请问这个时候我们注意什么？我们怎么知道x和y的关系？y是否
会包庇？这个领域的能不能给我pm, 我可以把医生名字发给你们，帮忙看看。
大家看看哪里不清楚，重要的东西没有写下来，我再改改。

in my linux embedded board, i have 10000 person's records in the database.
in the web front end, you can view the 1st 100 person's records.
Now if you click "next page", it'll display record from 101 to 200.
To get the records from database, you pull all data into the memory and
return 100 records to caller. Certainly this uses plenty of memory.
Now if you and your wife are both browsing this webpage, worst case i need
the memory for twice of the whole database.
If you have 10 wives accessing this page, my code will be in trouble, as it
could need 10 times of memory.
Now
1. do i have to do cache in the backend (forget about web front end) for
database info ? can i just return "busy" if 10 ppl are opening database at
the same time ?
2. what's the common way to handle this ?

手上有2011的becker和wiley,不知道2012年4月考的话看这个准备行不行,不然准备去买
2012的新版wiley了

you can seek second opinions from other doctors if you dont believe Dr.y.
you dont have to be a patient of doctors who provide second opinions.

don't get 10 wives, that will solve the problem.
Most database software, including MySQL has caching mechanism built in.
