另外不知道Eb2和Eb2NIW的区别是什么？
是否这两种类型的绿卡会被区别对待？

当然可以再办.
NIW可以跳过PERM, 普通的要PERM.
PERM 要公司办, EB2 还是EB3 取决于公司.
建议上文学城, 学习PJIANG大师移民讲座, 不要一点概念没有, 不然会吃亏.
公司可能根本搞不清楚这种事, 只有靠自己上心.
