以前是受尽中国老板剥削，终于跳槽了。
不过最后一笔工资居然不给了，这个中国老板以前给的就非常少，及其少，现在居然想
赖掉最后一笔钱，连续好几天白天晚上打电话不接，写email不回。
我真就奇怪，也不是什么大钱，才1000多，至于这么躲着我吗？
大家帮帮我，看看有什么地方能告他？
律师一般愿意接这样的活吗？

Washington (dpa) - It was an idea that seemed too good to be true, and
advocates of minting a 1-trillion-dollar coin to solve the US debt ceiling
debate will have to look elsewhere for a solution after the Treasury nixed
the plan.
The suggestion of the massive platinum coin had captured the imagination of
many and received extensive media attention in recent weeks as a showdown
with Congress over raising the nation's debt ceiling looms.
It would have seen the government mint the coin, deposit it at the Federal
Reserve and use it as currency to pay the bills if Congress refused to raise
the debt limit in opposition to President Barack Obama.
"Neither the Treasury Department nor the Federal Reserve believes that the
law can or should be used to facilitate the production of platinum coins for
the purpose of avoiding an increase in the debt limit," Treasury spokesman
Anthony Coley told The Wall Street Journal Saturday.
The debt limit must be raised beyond the current 16.4 trillion dollars by
mid-February to continue financing the 1-trillion-dollar annual deficit, the
Congressional Budget Office said.
Republicans in Congress have threatened to tie any increase in the debt
ceiling to demands for spending cuts.

网上填了税表，竟然还要补交近1万的税。是我搞错了，还是政府不让人活了？平时交
的税有federal tax, social security tax, medicare tax, state tax, 房屋税，再
加上补交的税，大概算了一下，占家庭总收入（《15万）的25%！平时就是月光的边缘
（除了交那些各种名目的税，还得存点养老金以及一家子医疗开销），现在哪有钱来补
交税。他妈的什么世道！
请问交税占总收入的四分之一合理吗？有哪些可以省税的地方？计算的时候已经把房子
按揭以及利息之类的都算进去了。
多谢指点！

我们家今年的报税结果也下了我一跳，去年我们还有几千的退税，但今年就打了个平手
，差别太大了，我一开始也以为算错了，看来没错就是这样的。我们有大量的捐款可以
抵税，否则和你一样要补好多税呢！

要是告的话，就绝对不只是1000块钱的问题，至少2万块，而且我知道这个小公司所有
内幕，基本只要我愿意，完全可以把这个中国老板告的倾家荡产。
但是都是中国人，没必要把事情做的那么绝，要回属于我的钱就可以了。

如果是加州，直接找LABOR COMMISSION, 拖欠工资一天好像要罚100多，最多可罚 3000
多。
