approximately 2-3 weeks after your certificate number and date of issue are

有certificate就可以叫CPA,有license才能提供attest service, 签audit opinion.
在CPA firm做算practice public accounting,不过你是under a licensed CPA，自己
做就不行了。

But, what is actuarial auditing? I noticed someone in consulting firm who
holds FSA as well as FCA, is that what you meant? Having both actuarial
knowledge and accounting skills?
And also...any other reasons to my original question?

For me, certificate is designed to make money from those pass all part of
exam by state gov. It really confuses the public.

咨询公司 有精算审计的业务 这块是必须的 每年 保险公司都要做 为什么要精算师来
审呢 因为 保险公司 有偿付能力报告 准备金报告之类的 光懂财务是没有办法作的
所以 需要咨询公司的精算师 就好象为什么公司有财务 但是还要审计咨询一样. 这些是 针对寿险咨询的

我也是第一次欠irs钱，今年得把W4重新修改了
前年还作学生的时候，刚有了小孩子，一分钱不交税，还拿1000到child tax credit的
好日子没有拉。。。

The government contract with consulting firms to do risk adjustment on
medicare/medicaid payment based on the plan's risk pool.
The government also hires consultants to review rate filings of the insurers. Not sure how extensively they do it, but it does happen (anthem blue cross).
Having consultant doing the work also provides savings when companies have financial problems. Less employees = less medical benefit paid, less 401k matching...etc.
Now with the health care reform going on, consultant
