我现在处于opt STEM阶段, MS in Chemical Engineering, 上学时做过纳米材料方面的

上个月去急诊看了次病，然后做了个小手术。今天收到保险公司的letter，不是账单，
就是要求我submit a detailed explanation。但是letter上面提到了这个claim
charge: $200. 不明白这是医院最后会向我收的钱？还是医院只向保险公司charge这么
多，其他的都我来付？谢谢

Notify the doctor's office, so they can send the explanation to your
insurance. Meanwhile you should read your policy book to get an idea the
percentage of coverage.
The hospital should report all charges & let insurance figure out the
benefit payment.
