盘中国债指数突然跳水，预示着有聪明钱退出债市，进入股市。当然，也可能是笨钱，

有一个程序，对缓存数据写入文件速度要求比较高，要求一秒内把300m缓存二进制数据
写入文件，目前需要6-8秒完成，求指点如何完成，操作系统xp，4g 内存，xeron cpu,

第二年系里的fellow,学校hold税，也就照交了，关键看学校把你这边钱处理成什么

When you UnmapViewOfFile very large amounts of RAM on XP, the whole system (
every process) will pause to let dirty data dumped to the disk. Despite what
the KB says, newer XP SP do not "completely" resolve the issue, just enough
fine-tuning for typical customers. Your use cases are not typical.
If whole system pausing is not your cup of tea, you must choose a newer OS
version.

(1) 利用GUI方式，安装ntfs-config，然后配置 (GUI方式推荐新手使用)
代码:
sudo apt-get install ntfs-config
(2)利用命令行方式
先查一下你的要挂载的分区的uuid，然后参考/etc/fstab上已有配置的添加新的分区。

不用干活的fellowship不用交税，如果扣税了，可以退税的时候退回来。也可以现在赶
紧递上w8表格，至少以后的不会再扣了

1秒中写入300MB的顺序文件的话，可以考虑使用SSD。如果没有SSD而且一次只需要写入
1个大文件的话，设置500MB的内存盘一个，写一个后台程序将文件转移到硬盘上。如果
连续写入300MB大文件的话，那还是得考虑SSD。

需要看整个program吧，我知道有的公司FSA涨一万，但是module没钱，还有的每个
module都涨，不过FSA只给5000

device steady state write 300MBytes per seconds.
Hardware RAID + SSD, custom programming (completely bypass the OS file
system); or custom interface card to SAN.
Solutions that "seem to work" in the first few seconds (or minutes) may fail
when the steady state is reached, i.e. when the device is full.

首先我的经验是在win7上，也许xp上并不适用，仅供你参考。
* hardware: If my memory serves me, there were some SSDs "claiming" to have
sustained rate >300MB/s last year. You can compare the claimed speeds at: http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCategory.aspx?SubCategory=636
For us, we want 1.1GB/s so single disk is not an option and we have to use
raid.
If you want to use rotational disks, you definitely need raid.
Try windows's software raid first. If it doesn't work for you, you can use
hardware raid or hardware+software raid (raid of raid).
* software: I remember the write speed is capped at 375MB/s when using
fwrite() or c++ ofstream etc w/ our system. To go beyond that, you will need
to use windows unbuffered I/O. Please see:

if "貌似module是没有的" , 5k is low, I think.
这个raise是公司里统一的，不是按年薪百分比算的哦。
I believe what he meant is you should consider the whole package together
with actuarial program. Some companies may pay you higher salary and bonus
but their actuarial programs are not that attractive, and vice versa.

FSA raise $5k,module没有raise确实有点低，如果你们每年有5-10%salary raise,就
说得过去，否则就跳槽吧。
知道几个life和health的大公司，FSA raise 8K-10K，3 FSA modules raise 1500-
2500,FSA exam 4000-6000.
另外，像NEW YORK LIFE的考试加薪好像是按年薪百分比算的

每个公司都有balanced，一般exam raise 高，annual raise 就底或者没有。总之不跳
槽的话，一般就算到了FSA，也就8，9万的工资吧

异步存储。用G网络传到另一台电脑，你这边就可以claim成功返回了。那边的存储电脑
可以是高性能的系统（不要XP）

I think FSAs with 90k salary are as rare as entry levels with 90k salary.

按DW的统计来看，4-5 年工作经验的ASA 平均在90～100K左右
FSA 平均在110～120K左右

我觉得哪里其实都差不多。
my 2 cents is...经常跳槽的工资在dws平均线以上，偶尔跳的在平均线左右，从来不
跳的大多都在平均线以下。
想多拿钱跳槽是王道，我一underpaid的同事刚拿了40% raise.

说得太对了！
我今年曾拿着两份salary survey跟老板抱怨薪酬，一份dw的，另一份忘了名字，也是
个recruiting firm搞的。结果达到预期效果，所以给大家推荐一下此方法。
没办法，FSA之前工资涨的还挺快，因为有exam raise。之后嘛，简直是蜗牛爬。不跳
槽不行。要么就得威逼利诱老板了：）
