春节party吃了太多油腻的食物，周一做两个清淡小食换换胃口，希望大家喜欢。
1.黄金紫菜鸡蛋卷
馅料：Ground Turkey,笋丁，香菇丁，木耳丁，葱末，姜末
调味：盐，麻油，五香粉
做法：第一步拌馅。调馅的时候加1个蛋清，增加黏度。因为turkey的脂肪含量太少，
馅太散的话不好卷。
第二步摊鸡蛋皮。可以加一点点生粉这样蛋皮不会容易破。
第三步卷。蛋皮做底，涂一层馅料，然后再加一片大的海苔，接着在海苔上再涂
一层馅料。涂匀之后，慢慢卷起来，用保鲜膜包好。
第四步蒸。上蒸锅蒸15-20分钟。晾凉，切片，装盘~~~开吃

馅料可以随意搭配自己喜欢的肉，海鲜和蔬菜~~。如果肉比较多，包的会紧些，口感会
更好~~
2.爽口拌菜
材料：胡萝丝，笋丝
调味：一点点盐，日本醋（口感有点甜的那种），麻油，芝麻，姜末
做法：两种丝焯水，沥干。拌入调料，最后撒上芝麻。
自己本身很喜欢姜的味道，觉得加热一下味道更浓，所以会把以上几种调味调在小碗中
后微波15-20秒，然后再拌~~
中间的油面筋塞肉第一次做，LG满意~~

got some commission through a part time job, payment is sent through Paypal
with some fees deducted.
e.g, they pay me $150, Paypal fee $5, I got $145 actually.
question: when I report this income, do I report $150 (before fee) or $145 (
after fee)?
Note: I'm US resident. No W2 is received for this job.

Sorry for English.
There are 4 before me when I got into my current firm so I have to wait for
each of them to get promoted.
But 10% (base and bonus) is hard to convince my family(relocation, climate..
.)
What should I do??

提醒一下，拿到绿卡之前，移民法要求只能从事签证允许的工作。有其他行为的话，请
咨询移民律师看是否会影响以后的绿卡申请。

Mac系统下直接运行Windows = Parrallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion
Mac机器开机直接进入Windows = Bootcamp

用bootcamp装windows，然后用parallels引导最好，
有一些活（极特殊），虚拟机干不了

用竹帘，铺上保鲜膜，铺上蛋卷，铺上海苔
这样卷出来很紧实
蒸好放凉后再用保鲜膜包起来切，切得好看

If u have a donkey, then this is just another donkey
If u riding a horse, then this is a 3yr salary raise based on the other post
"a fresh 100k, 10% increase every 3 years in average"
Don't believe 20%bso, 10%-15% also common, depending on industry
