目前我是OPT extension 阶段
同时为两个公司工作，两边都愿意帮我申请H1b
请问如果两边的H1b申请都批准了，我可以继续同时为两个公司工作吗？还是必须要放
弃一个？
最近看到concurrent H1b一说，不知道如何理解？是说两边公司都必须为我申请
concurrent H1b，我才可以两边同时工作吗？（这样岂不是公司就知道我为其他公司工
作了？）

Hello All,
收到公司猎头的邮件如下: I just received this from our lawyers today as an
update on your status
In regards to XX's upcoming H-1B CAP petition, and his current Stem
Extension EAD status, we understand XXXX is not a Stem authorized employer.
As such, XX will be eligible to begin work with XXXX as of 10/1/2013, the
validity start date on the H-1B petition. We also wanted to make you aware
of the fact that USCIS, in its discretion, may elect to approve the petition
as a "loose" or Consular petition instead of a change of status. In this
event, it would require that XX leave the U.S. and re-enter in order to
activate the H-1B status. Once the petition is adjudicated, we will know
whether it was approved as Consular or change of status and will follow up
with you at that time with more details.
不解之处: 对于H1B 申请，there are TWO options: "change of status" and "
consular processing". 公司/律师在File/Submit我的申请时,就应该在填FormI-129
中先确定下来的！(The Form I-129 allows the employer to select either
consular processing or change of status.)
为什么信中公司/律师把决定权踢给USCIS?

如何跟公司/律师沟通此事? 本人Prefer "change of status",觉得更保险.

后院一块荒废的小菜地在婆婆来了之后终于被开发了。半年时间，竟然变得郁郁葱葱。

可以同时拥有两个H1B，但不能全部为full time
一个FT一个PT或者两个PT都是可以的

我的两个公司并不知道我还有另一个employer，这个是我考虑的前提
那申请的时候就必须注明是part-time的吗？
还是可以先申请full-time的然后再修订为part-time？part-time H1b是不是工作时间
上有限制（每周不能超过20小时）？

从来没有 out of status.
我现在的Extended OPT 能为现任公司(Not New Employer)工作到09/30/2013.( 从来没
有非法工作过:)

同学。。。两个公司不知道，不代表USCIS不知道.....掩耳盗铃的事情不要做......OK
就算你真的艺高人胆大弄了2个FULL TIME，，，你年底报税时候。。。。2个W2咋报。

你如果是OPT的话应该是不用的。去uscis的网上搜cap gap。

OPT期间USCIS不管你为几个employer干活，只要保证你是full-time 专业相关就可以了
申请OPT的时候也只要上报其中一个employer
报税我觉得和USCIS没有什么联系，你在一年换了几份工作不就有几份W2，所有W2一并
提交了报税啊

看了回帖才发现是extension. 这个我就不清楚了。。。。
