还有什么别的费用吗？
是不是必须住够几年再卖才能免交税？
可是要是必须回中国去了，没法继续在这里住，能免税吗？

以前和多台电脑同步会让人抓狂。现在可以选择一个类似同步通讯录的方式，只给设备
增加内容。电脑A和电脑B先后和ios同步，ios上的数据可以是A+B。

原来是一年多次往返，新规定之后是不变，还是N年多次往返？

还不确定，说不定不回也不一定
也只是打算买个像apartment的房子
刚好有个short sale 的房子还可以，
犹豫要不要下offer.

那还好，2年怎么也能住上，
住了两年卖的话收入就不算我那年的income了对吧？
如果卖的价格比买的低，能不能算损失？

Also, Closing costs, property tax prorated, mortgage closing fee, HOA
prorated,.... will be paid within your property resale.
As you agreed in loan application, in general, the period of 3 months-6
months is required to hold as for their trust deed. When you are cash buyer
, after closing, the resale can be happened whenever you want.

就是说贷款的话，close之后要等3-6个月才能卖房，对吧？
