Software QA Engineers are responsible for all facets of the manual QA
process across multiple software solutions with the end goal of releasing
high quality software. We expect QA Engineers to develop and execute test
cases (in a manner that lend themselves to subsequent automation), carry out
the actual product testing, as well as diagnose and document problems that
are discovered and document the completion of testing projects.
We expect that you are well versed in interpreting functional requirements,
as well as discerning requirements that are not formally documented.
Experience working with the software development life cycle (SDLC), and able
to utilize the tools typically used to aid the QA process is also required.
This QA position will be focused on all areas of testing for the Active
Directory and Exchange migration solution.
Responsibilities:
• Develop test plans and test cases, including analysis of complex
use cases.
• Investigate and document discovered problems.
• Interpret functional requirements and functional specifications.
• Perform impact analysis of software changes
• Document process or procedures within QA department.
• Interact with other departments (e.g., development, support,
product management, etc.).
• This position is expected to work effectively with little-to-no
management oversight.
Prior experience and specialized or technical knowledge:
• Degreed professional with minimum 5 years’ software testing
experience
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange Administration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze use-cases to create comprehensive
test plans and test cases.
• Experience in a software company that implemented and sold
software products in a competitive marketplace.
• Must have excellent verbal and writing communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability and/or interest working in in a deadline-
driven environment
• Must be able to work 50% remotely in a productive manner.
• Experience with email upgrades or migrations a plus.
• Experience with QA automation and/or scripting/programming skills
a plus but not required since much of this is manual testing.
• Experience with one or more technology skillsets below:
o Deployment and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010
and 2013, including Outlook client configuration.
o Knowledge of AD schema and objects
o Knowledge of PowerShell
o Familiarity with DNS, LDAP, Network, Mail Routing

郭襄当年也是人称小东邪呢，武功神马的就不用说了，人家有郭靖和黄蓉这样的父母，
要学武功的话，想学多少有多少。
老爹郭靖会降龙十八掌，九阴真经，左右互搏，还有一些其他武功，内功深厚。
老妈黄蓉会打狗棒法，桃花岛武功，九阴真经等等。
郭襄自创峨眉派，乃是创始人级别的。
张三丰是自创武当派，这俩人年轻的时候还有过渊源。
这么厉害的两位帮派的创始人，教出来的徒子徒孙，却是没有一个争气的，都跟师父差
的太远了。
武当派的七个弟子，从宋远桥到莫声谷，貌似就只有老五张翠山最出色，还死的早，不
过即便是张翠山，也跟张三丰差的太远了点吧。
虽然张无忌是武功高强，但是人家不算武当派的了，是明教教主了。
峨眉派的众弟子们，灭绝师太武功确实不弱，但是心狠手辣，不做善事，教出来的徒弟
周芷若也是跟师父一个德行，都没能把峨眉派真正的发扬光大。
周芷若最后练得九阴真经也是速成的，根本不行，遇到真正的高手就完蛋了，后来不是
被那个黄衣女子轻松就给碾压了，这说明峨眉派也就是到底为止了。
自古名师出高徒，但是张三丰和郭襄却是例外了。

张三丰的徒弟其实也没那么不堪，宋远桥跟白眉鹰王不相上下，他们比过。真正的牛人
都是可遇不可求的，所以他们也没办法。
不光他们，金庸小说全部都是吧，没有谁的徒弟非常牛B的。洪七公也是看郭靖是奇才
，赶快收为徒弟，算是占了个便宜。

我也一直不明白。按说其实郭靖应该是根骨绝佳，天赋异禀的。跟洪七公学了几天就能
和欧阳克全真七子这些人既有名师还勤练了几十年的人一拼。
其实张三丰是很了不起的，宋远桥之后虽然不出天下第一高手但代代有高手，而且一出
一群，才能和少林分庭抗礼几百年。比起全真教不知道高到哪里去了。
