问题弱了点。。。50名左右的学校,Biomedical Sciences专业，做的东西比较基础。进
生物公司是不是一定需要有绿卡，不然希望不大是吗？听说大多数人是先postdoc把身
份问题解决了再考虑进公司，可是我不知道是不是要等到拿到绿卡才行?有没有特例的
？身边的中国师兄师姐比较少，在这里咨询一下各位的意见。

打算给父母和妹妹一家一共5人（四个大人一个小孩）申请赴美签证(旅游/探亲）。
1. 父母很多年前来过一次。妹妹一家已经没来过。应该一起申请还是分开申请？
2. 如果一起申请，用什么理由？探亲+旅游？母亲身体较弱，需要有人陪伴。
3. 如果分开申请，父母是探亲+旅游。妹妹一家申请纯粹旅游签证？
4. 一起或者分开申请，各自需要邀请信吗？
5. 如果分开申请，对父母的旅游花费我需要准备银行证明。分开申请时妹妹一家的旅
游花费自己可以承担，她们要准备财力证明，我这边还有准备吗？
5. 请问哪里可以找到申请材料清单？最好是有对父母申请和兄弟姐妹申请的不同情况
的材料。

Apple is prepared to announce a lot more than just a new iPhone this week,
according to Aaron Lee and Joseph Tsai at DigiTimes.
Citing upstream supply chain sources, Tsai and Lee report Apple has begun
mass shipping of new iMacs, as well as 13-inch MacBook Pros with retina
displays. Retina display is Apple-speak for super high resolution screens.
This isn't the first time we've heard about these products. At the end of
August we heard about a smaller MacBook Pro with retina. Last week read
reports Apple was preparing for a refresh of the iMac.
Tsai and Lee say Apple planned to release three new iMac models with
upgraded screens, but due to a manufacturing problem it will now only
release two new models. These models are in the low to mid range. The model
that has been put on hold was a high end model.
Perhaps that means Apple was trying to release a retina display iMac, but
ran into manufacturing problems

A founder of a biotech company gave us a seminar recently about job in
biotech and pharma. He said he will usually only consider the postdoc in
biomedical or related field, but fresh PhD in Chemistry is OK.
