317 E 15TH是
Beth Israel Medical Center Occupational Medicine Clinic
317 East 17th Street, 2nd Fl., Fierman Hall

图一是google地图。可以看到BIMC
图二是google street view。可以看到BIMC是公园边第一个建筑。
另外，google地图上还有
309 E 15TH
311 E 15TH
313 E 15TH
这到底是怎么回事儿？

美国的地址门牌号实际上指的是距离就是距离某个起点的距离具体是什么单位我不
太清楚
这样很多门牌号的位置不管有没有都可以推算出来这个是很先进的比中国的长安大
街一号长安大街2号的做法科学多了
中国哪个门牌号如果1号和2号之间又新起了一个building 都不知道该叫什么经常有
某某大街1号甲这种地址都是这么来的
美国这个就是按照距离所以gps软件就方便多了只要定一个起点你随便输入门牌号都
可以到
但是作为在线地图软件我觉得还是应该跟实体建筑一一对应的好这样你输错了地址会
及时发现

高速出口跟门牌号能一样吗门牌号是根据街道来的
中国的高速系统命名方式现在已经完全是美式的了那个759B指的是759这个大出口群
之中的一个
这是典型的美式命名比如地铁出口也是这样的
上海高速路路口更名的时候不是还引起争议了嘛

的确是这样，每个block都有起止门牌号，你找当中的号码，算一算就知道大概了，你
看街道路牌上都有，而地图都是矢量地图，这样搞很合适，什么gps,google map, bing
map都是这样的吧。很多号码实际上是不存在的，但是可以在map上根据那个block的起
止算出来，显示出来
感觉apple要是真的费力去只显示目前存在的每个门牌号，不去搞poi，完全是本末倒置
。房子
每分每秒都会被推倒，合并，号码都会变，这样做会累s的

是的美国这么大地图信息比中国详细很多但是大部分公司的地图数据包括加拿大和
墨西哥也就在2G上下
中国跟美国国土面积相仿地图信息就大城市比较详细全国数据也直奔4G去了

虽然是根据基线计算，但也会根据实际情况有所调整
你这个套用方式其实是大部分地图的计算方式，老城区比如新英格兰经常出问题

你面试时，对方告诉你一个实际不存在的地址。
你开会去，邀请函上给了一个实际不存在的地址。
你跟朋友约会时，电话里得到了一个实际不存在的地址。
你在买完东西让商家送货时，给了一个实际不存在的地址。
......
别说为什么会给一个实际不存在的地址这种问题，敲错、输错、说错、写错、看错，这
都是生活中难免会发生的事情。

We were able to confirm the address isn't real.
The question is, why would Google use a phony address when there are plenty
of examples of Apple Maps' failings out there?
