Same writing style, if I go solo myself, the scores are always 40-50; but if
I get BIG people on board, then it goes down to 20-30 range.

More than half of money I can not take with me if I change institute ahh.
The only one grant I can take is a K award that pays for salaries but little
research...so once I move I am poor.
A R01 is gold (and a ticket to tenure)...
