刚刚开始漫长绿卡路。俺只有中国的本科学历。以前在个湾区小公司的中国研发中心干
，现在那个公司基本倒掉，俺走的时候和老板闹的不愉快，他现在还欠俺工资呢。所以
现在的experience letter找一个俺美国分部的同事给写的，但是律师竟然要他的w-2证
明他在那家小公司干过，更过分的是要所有我在那家小公司干的年份的w-2。俺那同事
还算帮忙，不过他也只找到一张。律师说现在可以给俺申请prevailing wage了，但是
不排除140有要求补料的可能。
各位前辈碰到过这种情况不？难道不是找人给写experience letter就行了？

1.你说的experience letter应该是指EVL(employment verification letter)? 尽量找
你的以前的manager开.如果不可能, 找以前的同事也可以(将就用). 对于140的经验证
明,律师要求同事的W2确实没有必要. 140RFE要求W2一般不会因为要证实你同事的
employment history. 不用担心W2的问题. 你的attorney太小心了. 另外, 以前的W2在
网上是可以查到的. 报税的copy找不到也不用担心.

多年前的国内老板同事若知道俺还在美国混绿卡, 而且还没开始,真够丢人了.
Detailed experience letters are required to document your prior experience.
Experience letters should specify the dates, job descriptions, and the
skills you acquired as indicated on the employment summary and PERM
application in order to document that you meet the minimum requirements of
the PERM position. If a prior employer is still in business, the CIS
requires a letter from the employer detailing your job duties and skills
required. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you obtain an experience
letter from your former employer to avoid a denial of your I-140 petition.
Most employers are initially reluctant to provide detailed experience
letters, but many often provide a letter if you explain that you need it for
your green card process.
If a former employer is not willing to provide you with a detailed
experience letter, at a minimum you will need to request a general
employment letter on company letterhead that confirms your dates of
employment and your job title. The letter should also confirm that the
employer's practice is to only confirm a prior employee's dates of
employment and job title. While general employment letters are normally not
sufficient because they do not confirm your job duties or skills, the CIS

但是uscis信不？ 要到什么程度uscis才接受？

我早说了，易用性还是最重要的，喜欢折腾的毕竟是小众。

iPad ,现在已经快是过去式，再没有改变的话，就真的完了
