Form 3549-A, item II and III need seller's personal information (ssn). How
can I do if seller does not want to give out his personal information?
Anybody fill this form before? thanks

号称是BRAND NEW的，为啥照片上盒子拆开的？
是只是为了给大家看里面的IPHONE什么样子，还是真是拆开的？
我想既然是BRAND NEW，就应该是SEAL的。

(1) ask the escrow officer to fill in the part and fax for you, but title
company may have policy that don't advise them to do so.
(2) ask the seller agent to do that for you.
the key is to find someone the seller can trust their ssn with.

i faxed already, without the seller's ssn. wish it's fine.
anyway, i found my time expired ,out of 14 calendar days already.
any one got any detailed information about it?
