I may get an offer from GE. It states on the website the relocation is only
partial expenses. Anybody is familiar with GE relocation package? What is
the salary range for their professional band? I ask for this information to
prepare for the negotiation. I also heard usually they do not have year-end
bonus. If that is the case, what is the annual merit increase approximately?
5%? 4%? Thanks for any information.

relocation我知道的是全包。
公司都安排好了。还是临时的住处都有。
别的不清楚

查salary 你可以试试glassdoor，上面可能能查到和你的专业及工作经验相符的信息

看是GE哪个部门了
professional band貌似是给fresh的吧？
relocation好像也和部门有关
有的只给一部分（5K左右）
BTW 我不是GE的仅供参考

ah?? Professional band is only for fresh graduate? I am not familiar with
that. So I am a PhD with 5 years experience, should I ask for senior
professional band?
They give you title such as lead engineer, etc but it seems it is still just
for fresh??
does GE has year-end bonus? It seems their 401k matching is pretty low too.
Sad...
