April 06 -- PP for EB1-a received
April 19 -- NOID for NIW issued
April 23 -- received NOID mail
May 21 -- reply to NOID received (have lawyer worked on it)
May 22, May 24 LUD
Jun 08 LUD
Jun 09 received approval email from USCIS. (hope it's true)
EB1-a still pending (initial review)

现在用的iphone 4s的开关键已经快不行了，不知道iphone6什么时候能出来。如果6月
份能出的话，打算再忍忍。

you're right, I was thinking about the to write an email to complain. On the
other hand, they have worked on at least one case, they made the effort, i
feel little unfair to do so, since they have approved it, I'm fine with
their mistake.
