亲爱的朋友们，我是一个留学生，现在在纽约一家银行工作。我周末遇到从中国万里迢
迢来纽约为两岁半女儿凝凝治眼癌的年轻母亲陈燕，为了治疗他们一家已经负债累累，
如果不立刻筹集到12万美金就要回国，小女孩有生命危险！我一上午和她们在一起，听

她们现在得到了1万美元的捐款，还需要5万多才可以进行第一阶段的治疗。我们每个人

小朋友真的好可爱好无辜好勇敢！深感命途多舛，母爱伟大！她们每分每秒都在等着筹

我知道世上此类事情很多，虽萍水相逢，但既遇到便是缘分，绝不能眼睁睁的看着她们

这方面没什么经验，但是对你的处境深表同情。跟美国人玩政治还是很frustrating的。

Feel very sorry for your experience. some advice for your consideration
1. Do not publish people's names without their permissions, it
unnecessarily
puts you in legal disadvantage.
2. Go find a lawyer, go find those that would give you free consolation.
try
to find more than one, you will have better understanding of your
options
after that.
3. Do not easily throw the "discrimination thing" around, I trust you
have
experienced that, but to prove that you need to evidence on how they
treated you

我们原来住的小区有两家跟HOA打过官司，整来整去最后拉倒了，
律师们赚了不少。

Good job. You should get a lawyer to sue the HOA as well. Having a
compressor
like this greatly diminishes the value of your home and the quality of your
life.
this is not something that can be solved with a few hundred bucks.
Get a lawyer to file injunction against the HOA to force them to turn off
the
compressor and then sue HOA for injury to the health of your family.

现在去看医生吧，是不是长时间噪音下生活导致神经衰弱精神萎靡头痛心慌什么的，然
后咨询律师吧，hoa输掉官司的例子大把大把的

嗯，这个应该找律师。这种距离装这么大功率的compressor应该是违反了什么code，不
知道他们有没有经过county的批准

agreed. I hate noises the most. If I got this problem, I wouldn't waste time
on a website (it is good to have though) but I would get a lawyer ASAP and
sue
the HOA and its board members personally.

美国人当然讲政治。这个政治可不是一个中心两个基本点。hoa就是政治。justice也是政治。

test the noise db first, others are all wasting the time.
they installed this after you moved in or that compressor was there when
you move in?
I　think your neighbor is a nice guy，I don't think you will act like him
if you were in his situation.

找你们city的环保局负责噪音控制的部门，让他们做个测试，如果属于噪音污染，环保
局会下令让他们改正。具体的到环境工程版去问问看。
