我都没留意过这个。。。
我们家做饭主要用kosher salt和海盐的，不晓得这俩怎样
table salt专门用来煮pasta的。。。

海盐如果是细的话也有的，kosher salt我没注意

I suspect it has more to do with the usage of baking powder since 膨化食品
is the topic. Food such as 油条 uses baking powder, which contains aluminium
compounds. But you can buy aluminium-free baking powder these days. I have
tried both, the aluminium-free baking powder actually has a better taste.
Table salt may contain aluminium but it is at a much lower level compared to
baking powder.
I just googled and found kosher salt contains "yellow prussiate of soda" as
anti-caking agent. Nothing is safe.

看了一下我买的两种盐，里面的anti caking agent 是calcium silicate,Ca2SiO4,看
来也不是都含铝的

是粗的
细盐上的包装，我买的morton牌包装上写的是calcium silicate
kosher salt的原料上只有salt
我觉得楼上有个人讲得对
应该是里面的泡打粉含铝
含铝的蓬发效果好，价格也便宜，商家多半是用这种的

而且因为颗粒粗，做饭的时候误差就小
我特别菜鸟，以前用细盐的时候，一不当心菜就咸了
