卖主说工作日没空，周六给我送车+给我title，这样可以么？对流程不熟，问一句：）
btw：嫌麻烦，最终还是自己买了carfax，可以帮人查，留VIN和email

可以，拿着原来车主给你的title，你的车保险和驾照去dmv换title就好了

可以，但是记住，不拿到车和title不能给钱的。还有title上没记错的话有3个字要签好，最好是双方一起填完title。

be careful to check the title is the REAL title. It depends on the States (
new york has weird laws. If you are in new york state, you need to fill in a form which has the owner's signature and the title could be the copy and cannot register because the real title is owned by the bank!!! )

需要卖主先一起拿着title去ＤＭＶ先notarization
之后才能双方签字办手续
