在Sears买了一台120刀的平板，free shipping，收到的时候box破烂不说，平板也已经
被previous user用过了，还有一张照片在里头，想到我用了FB返20刀的points还有我
自己的points，怕退货points不会还，想想还是决定先留下来用。
没想到这平板quality真是不行，只用7天这萤幕就不work了，这下不退又不行了，今天
拿去Sears店里，小二看了一下说，box破烂成这样不能退，我说东西收到就是这样，又
说这是online的，店里不给退，要我连络online的。
我说这个是Sears.com出的货，又不是从marketplace seller发的，肯定可以退，他看
了一下return policy，最后同意了但又说sytem找不到我的order numner要我自己找
online，折腾一下午没退成回来打电话，online的agent说要我自己出shipping把东西
寄到他们service center(located in IN)，他们收到货就会给我退钱，这运费我算算
也要10刀。
太坑爹了....

查了carfax，上面写functional damage，不知道什么意思。
这样的车可以买么
vehicle involved in a rear-end collision
involving front impact
with another motor vehicle
functional damage reported
airbags did not deploy
诡异的是这车在大概4个月以后又有一次accident report，然后被卖了

很多店本来就不付退货运费!
只是其他店都可以到店里退！

You may want to log onto your sears account and initiate the return process
online first. Most probably you will be rewarded a return #,with which you
could help yourself and make the return at the merchandise pick up kiosk at
a local store. But sometimes they request you to call the customer service
hot line to proceed the process. Boo.

如果只是一般的退货很多店要自己出shipping，但是lz的东西是坏的，那卖家应该承担
运费呀

I still bought the car. I did the mechanic check and everything works fine.
Hopefully it will be fine.

which means the frame damage has been repaired and straightened.
since the car has done some body work, you cann't tell where it has been
collided (that's why mechanic check and everything works fine)
but usually the repaired panel is not as rigid as the original specification.
that's why frame damaged car should be avoid for safety consideration.
