收完钱签完title之后把你自己的牌照、registration和保险拿走就行了。

It depends on which state you live in. E.g., in Virginia and Wisconsin, you
take off the plate after you sell your car. In California, you leave the
plate with your car after you sell it. So check your DMV first for the
standard procedure to sell a used car.

保险拿掉是不是在卖之前呢？我担心我刚卖出，还没来得及去掉保险，他就出了事故。
会不会还是我的责任呢？
另外，怎么保一辆车比保两辆车的保费还高呢？
