上个月买的HP 8600+, 今天马上快到30天return 期限了, 发信来说要求return:
Return reason: Defective/Does not work properly
Buyer comments: The printer will not print on the paper sizes I need, not in
the description.
Update1:
我回信说要他自己付return shipping后, 垃圾又发信说:
I will not be paying any return stocking fee for the printer. It does not
work as we need it to as we cannot print custom paper sizes. We expect a
full refund for the printer and will dispute with Amazon if necessary.
Update2:
现在垃圾file了A-to-Z. 我的representation:
The buyer submitted a return request, and I already authorized his return
and ask him to return it back to me. I also provided him Amazon's return
policy link regarding return and refunds. Please check my email
communication with him.
Update3:
垃圾今天又给amazon打电话, 发来这样一封信:
Hello,
We've been contacted by one of our mutual customers regarding an order
placed with your store. Below is the information provided by the customer:

Item: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Wireless Color Printer with
Scanner, Copier & Fax
Reason: Cancel or Modify an Order
Details: hello,
the customer call us regarding about the restocking fee that you are saying
that the customer will pay, the customer dont need to pay the the restocking
fee because he receive the item defective, the claim was filed already
against your company.
