都准备要换车了，昨儿被这么一撞，实在是不走运，当然自己也有责任。我在北加。情
况是这样的，早上车子停满了，所以我就停在了没有划线区。知道这是不对的，但是平
日大家都这么停，也就习以为常了。旁边还是有足够的空间供两辆车并排通行。昨天下
午看见车窗上的note，发现被撞了，都不知道是人家倒车时撞的还是直行时撞的。我的
问题是：
1.我承担多少责任？对方有责任承担我的维修吗？或者我有责任承担对方的维修吗？
2.如果大家责任一半一半，我能不能说服对方，我自己承担自己的算了，走hit and
run的claim。
3.车子是2010年civic，维修大概需要多少钱呢？

查了一下，估计我没有责任，或者负比较小的责任。
In California we have a 'last clear chance' law. This means that anyone who
has the 'last clear chance' to avoid an accident is at fault. In your case,
it would mean that you were at fault because even though the car was
illegally parked, you knew where it was when you hit it, so you were
responsible for avoiding it.
In real terms, the insurance companies would probably see it as shared blame
. But legally, the person who had the last opportunity to avoid the accident
was at fault. Here in CA, anyway. I'm not sure if other places have laws
like this.
