ghibli用的发动机是以克莱斯勒Pentastar为基础自己改的,和法拉利有个毛的关系? 自己看看总裁V8和V6款价格的区别,用了法拉利的发动机价格还会那么便宜? All turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 gasoline engines for the Ghibli are based off of the Chrysler Pentastar V6 blueprint and modified extensively. http://www.kbb.com/maserati/ghibli/2014-maserati-ghibli/
【在 r**m 的大作中提到】 : 发动机法拉利造

同一篇文章: Essentially everything about the 2014 Maserati Ghibli sedan lineup is new, from the chassis itself to the Ferrari-built 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbocharged engine, to every aluminum body panel. 很confusing

绝对不可能是法拉利造的。法拉利的小排量增压引擎那都是给F1造的,和这个V6没有半 毛钱关系。
turbocharged

http://www.pentastars.com/engines/future.php "A twin turbo and single-turbocharger 3.0 V6 were originally planned for 2014, for limited-production models, producing 420 and 370 horsepower respectively (these numbers were targets). Ferrari/Maserati have created a 404 horsepower twin-turbo V6, using a modified Pentastar block; buyers can get them in the 300C-derived Maserati Ghibli." 底子就是pentastars,和ferrari扯上关系纯粹是因为marketing
Posted that in few other threads, so sorry for copy/paste As an owner of Maserati Quattroporte Sport GTS (the generation which is based on Ferrari platform and has powerful Ferrari V8 engine) and also test drove Ghibli and Levante with deep sadness I have to say that current generation of Maserati is based on Chrysler and an overpriced junk. Here're some points:https://www.upi.com/Business_News/2017/02/04/Maserati-recalls- 50000-luxury- vehicles-over-fire-hazards/6991486226804/ http://www.carbuzz.com/news/2016/4/14/Straight-To-The-Crusher-Maserati-s-Arrogance-Ruined-The-Ghibli-7733016/ Ghibli and Levante engine is F160 - it is essentially a Chrysler Pentastar opened-deck block with very few "inserts" from Ferrari. It is a V6 (not a V8) and considered by all mechanics as a garbage. F160 isn't used in any Ferrari cars. Compare that with closed deck F136 and F154 Ferrari- Maserati engines: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferrari_F136_engine https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferrari_F154_engine Closed deck engine delivers high hp per liter and the only advantage of opened deck engine is fast mass production. The current Maserati cars are so bad that they depreciate in value like a falling rock!!! I saw 2015 Ghibli with 30K miles for $32K!!! And even that way too much, IMHO. Finally, leasing that junk to show off: well, if you're rich, you don't lease, but buy the car and add lot of professional performance tuning. The Ghibli and Levante owners are poor losers, girls don 't look at their cars but prefer Ferrari-based Quattroporte instead. ;) My girlfriend (she's from Shanghai) chose Mercedes GLE SUV over Maserati Shitvante.
