罚款 60刀
确实是忘记了
请问罚款无所谓了，请问有其他后果吗？有记录和扣点吗？和违法吗？

Only 60$ fine for unregistered vehicle? That's strange. If it's not
registered, it could be either the registration is expired - which is not
too bad, but it could also mean a complete illegal vehicle.
Well, there should not be anything too significant. Just pay the
registration ASAP.

去年搬家感觉没收到registration的信，忙的都忘记了，一干二净

Nothing serious, do not worry. Just get your registration ASAP. I suggest
you to get your email registered on your car's DMV account, they will email
you a notice a few months before the expiration date each year. Good luck!
