搞个七座suv.
mdx 2015 最简单，直接在搞deal, Base + tech , MSRP 49990, 给的价格是46850,
然后lease special, 3799down(包括所有downpay+first month+tax+documentation),
479+tax/month
qx60 2015, premium plus + driver assistant, msrp 52K.
一开始给的毫无诚意，按照49K的价格，居然要3000 down, 514+tax/month.
后来match mdx的价格，给到 2000down(包括全部)， 479+tax/month, 按照mdx的算法
，这就基本上45.7K的价格了。
大家怎么看？
mdx开起来不错， qx60操控差了点，一踩油门发动机noise可不小，然后qx60长了10
来公分，高了3公分，一样宽，重了200多磅。内饰外观好看了一些。
多了一个全景camera, 倒车感应什么的。

QX60是烂车配烂CVT，傻子才买QX60不买MDX
叔虽不是日托，日车里的相对好坏还是很清楚

为啥lease还要downpay都是trick,你就问selling price rv mf是多少算月付就好了

LZ价格好像还不错，我这里以QX60为例给你分析一下。
Assuming there're $1000 fees (lease acquisition, license and registration
and etc), you actually pay this much for the use of the car:
479*35 + 2000 - 1000 = 17765
As a percentage of MSRP:
17765 / 52000 = 34%
This includes 3 years of depreciation and interest. Assuming a reasonable 2%
annual interest, the total interest cost for 3 years is about 5%. So that
means the depreciation part is about 29% (of MSRP).
If your price is 10% off MSRP, that means the residual value is about 100% -
10% - 29% = 61%, which is pretty reasonable for an SUV.
能不能share一下具体的residual value和money factor？

qx60是大烂车啊，dealer积着打折都卖不出去，可靠性排第一第二，倒数的

这个MDX的 base+tech 里包括panoramic roof吗？我知道qx60 premium plus是没有
panoramic roof的。如果qx60能match到45.7k的价格我觉得不错，我是离不开那个倒车
