Several good features ( from a 6 month owner of 16 pilot)
1). Very cool AWD on snow, felt very safe and fun
2). Push button for 3rd row, kids in and out the 3rd row very easy, just
push a button, the 2nd row moves forward and fold (EX-L or above)
3). 110v power, very useful on a long trip with kids (need RES)
4). 2nd row sun shade on tint window (RES), very useful for little children
5). Many USB ports
6). Quite due to acoustic window and noise-cancelling system
I bought it last September, $1300 off MSRP
