大家好,我最近面试的公司可以办理J1 transfer,但是我3月5号递交了J1豁免申请,DOS
的材料也已经寄到,但是中国大使馆的no objection letter还没寄到,不知道这种情况
是否可以办理J1 transfer或者撤销J1豁免.看到版上都说豁免approval了之后不能再
transfer,不知道我这种情况可不可以transfer,transfer之后是否不能再办理豁免了.
真心感谢大家的回复.

今年的8833不太一样，多了第五项：
Is the taxpayer disclosing a treaty-based return position for which
reporting is specifically required pursuant to Regulations section 301.6114-
1(b)?
不知道改天yes 还是no?
我现在工作，是opt-ext，不知道该怎么填？

在pubmed上查不到，属于business或者law， policy的文章
我知道issn，怎么用endnote运用？

撤销很难
如果你的program number没变那就可以继续等waiver不需要做任何事情
如果program number变了趁着nol还没有到dos 赶紧transfer 并通知dos更新你新的ds表
然后继续等豁免就行了

H1 transfer跟办理H1差不多。
需要你原来的I797,如果有I140，那也要，另外就是paycheck

谢谢回复.我是从学校里转到公司里,program number应该要变了.
另外,刚刚发现自己在3月份的各领馆教育组已报送豁免申请材料清单中了,看样子大使
馆要很快就报送DOS了..

You can transfer before DOS approve your case. For example you transfer on 5
/10/2013, DOS approve your case (Fevorable recommendation) on 5/20/2013, it
is fine.
No need provide further documents.
If you transfer on or after DOS approve your case, you are subject to new
212(e) and cannot get 2nd waiver.
So you can transfer J-1 ASSP from now.

By the way, where do you get this information? Is there any link to the
information? Thanks a lot for everything.
When I transfer my J1 visa, I will get a new DS-2019 form.It means a change
of my information.Should I send the new DS-2019 for to DOS when my waiver is
still in process? Thank you for your help.

刚刚收到DOS的回复,他们的回复和"Sunfic"的说法一样的.具体email如下,希望对以后
的人有帮助.
Thank you for contacting the Student/Exchange Visitor Visa Center.
The Department of State’s Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs (ECA) is
solely responsible for the accreditation, management, and oversight of all
U.S. exchange programs, and J-1 change of category requests. To contact ECA
regarding this matter, they can be reached via email at j****[email protected],
and can be found online at www.exchanges.state.gov/.
Finally, take note that if you obtain a program transfer before your J-1
waiver application is adjudicated, your new DS-2019 must be provided. If
you fail to provide a copy (before your waiver is adjudicated), you will re-
subject yourself to INA 212(e), the two-year foreign residence requirement.
