我们手上有一温度敏感剪接细胞系（基因A的一个剪接位点发生了突变），温度高时，无
基因A的剪接产物，温度低时，基因A能表达；通过一系列互补实验，我们发现表达基因
B能让该细胞系高温时基因A正常表达；同时发现该细胞系高温时基因B蛋白受到抑制（只
做了wb），而正常细胞系高温下基因B蛋白产物表达正常。
现在我们想解决的问题是为什么基因B蛋白产物在该温敏剪接细胞系里的表达受到抑制
，
实验室底子薄，想请各位帮忙提提意见，该怎么解决或者有没有类似的参考文献可以借

Wow, that is a nice discovery.
There are many genes that are controlled by temperature.
And that really depends on what do you define as "温度高" in your
experiment.
If your "high temperature" are referring to abnormally high temperature (
such as 42oC for human cell), then I would suggest you to look at signal
pathways related to misfolded protein.
